binance can't login

does anybody here have issues on binance? I've already sent them a support but I don't know when will they respond. I'm vurrently having an issue logging in in my account and I want to get in my account now because I'm trying to buy a coin before the price continues to rise. Binance gives me an error that I can't login due to multiple login error and that I have to wait for two hours but then 2 hours already passed and still I can't login.
