Yes they don't pay at the end of your investment. Their scheme is they'll pay for the early investors to make it look legit but once they've got a lot of investors that's the time that they'll start to execute their plan. And that is to scam people and when they've got enough investors that invested big amount to them, they will just go without even saying good bye to them.

I'm thinking of start selling bitcoins on localbitcoins for paypal and stuff, but I need to know which best way to double bitcoins is it cloud mining? investing or trading?

Well based on my experience trading and investment is more appropriate if you wanted to double your bitcoins. I have no enough knowledge on cloud mining but I can assure that trading and investment is much better. I have been try cloud mining but I never been withdraw my savings in that site hence, I stay away from it.
