I launched CryptoPowers coin a few years back. This was before ICOs. I spent all I had trying to make it work, but could not cover funding by myself.
If you look you will see that I was the first to propose many of the ideas that modern day coins have. Like Voting, and lock vault.

My main DEV on the CyrptoPowers Coin team at the time has been missing in action. So I ended that project before it got to big.

One thing I've learned is that if I share a good idea too quickly, people with more money will steal the idea, and develop faster then I can.

If any donations are collected, it will only be by a third party that is trusted by you, Your Idea. Something that will allow us to hire more people but only pay out donation funds if we have work to show for it.

There is NO donation address in this post, that should tell you something about my intentions.

No web site up yet, but that is intentional. It is part of the road map.

Right now it is just a seed, must be watered with faith.  

As to " it may exist and it does not exist" this is a good question. One that I think will be debated by many. It does exist, but people will hide it so well, that many will question where they went.
