Nicehash causing my miners to crash?

Hey guys I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the overclock settings I have but I'm running nicehash on 3 gpu mining rigs and they run for maybe a day or 2 and then eventually the computers crash/freeze/shut off. I also get a notification saying I'm running out of memory. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?

I had a similar problem, adding 4gb of ram(I had 4) and setting virtual memory to 30000 worked for me.
