Problem with GTX 1060 only in eth hashsrate getting 50% only

Hello

i have problem with my rig running claymore .... i get low hashrate on eth for some reason ...
windows 10 ... claymore v10.0 with latest nvidia driver
have enabled 4G and tried different pcie speeds gen gen2 gen 3 ... all same results
the problem is ONLY in dagger hash rate  
this is my bat file im mining ubiq which even have a smaller dagg size but still problem exist

i used dd to remove drivers and reinstall ...still same problem  
tried different eth miner software ... still same problem
eth only mode is only giving 50% too

maybe check Windows version ?  Windows 10 Creator Update give full eth hashrate [version 10.0.15063]

Version 1511 build 10586.494   .... this is what i see with the winver command ... okay seem pretty oudated ... will get the creator update and report back

it is because you have not specified dcri value in bat file
for single mining try -dcri 6
for dual mining try -dcri 18
