Looking for a Tennessee accepted OTC desk/crypto exchange

I own a cryptocurrency business and I'm looking for an exchange or OTC desk where I can wire funds from my business bank account. I'm having trouble finding ones that accept the state of Tennessee. I've tried Kraken and Coinbase but they don't accept my business model. Does anyone know of any options for me? Thanks.

For OTC trading, you can check Itbit. I know that it's U.S based but not sure if TN is supported or not.
