I had about 1/3 of a bitcoin in an internet (Blockchain) wallet on August 1, when BTC forked. So I tried to claim my Bitcash in an Electrum wallet using step-by-step instructions here: https://99bitcoins.com/how-to-claim-buy-bitcoin-cash-guide/. But my system varied somewhat from the instructor's system so that at the end I did not have any BTC in my Electrum wallet. Also, I went into bitinfochart.org to try to see if I had any BTC showing in Bitcash, but I could not make sense of their website. I would like to send a photo of my Electrum wallet. "cannot start QR; zbar not available" it says. And the balance shows as "Balance: 0 .mBTC".

I would like to know if Bitcash has any BTC that they are holding for me, and if so how to claim it.
