I saw a few threads, where someone was accused to s.th. by another member and where locked. In one of the threads where quite many posts and the conclusion was, that there was no evidence to the accusation. But OP made a new accusation and then locked the thread. I don't point to the threads, because it doesn't belong to me, don't know the whole background and I want an opinion to general aspect of openening a thread against somebody and then simply close, before accused member can defend.
My opinion is, that it is a NoGo and should be worth to be reported.

Not report worthy as it doesn't break any rules. But, in this instance the person who wasn't able to defend themselves simply opens a thread up themselves defending themselves and pointing to the thread which was locked and calling that user out for doing that. Anyone who opens a scam accusation and doesn't allow the person to defend themselves isn't going to be taken seriously most of the time, unless solid evidence was posted.
