Ive been using Bitinstant for over a year now and have mostly satisfied with them. However since launching the new site I am totally unable
to use their services. I don't understand this, since I (and people like me) make very frequent transactions. They must be losing serious $.

The problem is this: I attempted to create an account ~3 weeks ago. Never got confirmation emails. Contacted support and they *eventually* let me know that they had the incorrect email address for me (one character wrong. likely my fault, but it happens, right?). They informed me that they could not change my email to the correct one. I've since tried to create a new account using different information and I get a message that the account exists or that my identity can not be confirmed. I've tried changing every variable (different email, different address, etc) but nothing works.This is maddening. The bottom line seems to be that I can not do business with Bitinstant.

I started using another service which is more convenient but also more expensive. I'd really like to use BI again but this stuff with the account is insane. Any advice or response from Bitinstant is appreciated.

Can I ask what service you are using now? I need to turn some cash into coins

try using campBX or contacting Tony at Bitpay.com - They have BTC to sell.

They informed me that they could not change my email to the correct one.

Not sure why that is happening.
Their system seems to be really archaic and there should be some way to alter it, with a manager's approval.
