i received payment in bitcoin ($63)   and guy who sent  asked for a refund
I see adress on ''From'' and just send back his coins to this adress:

He said

Shit dude. That's a blockchain address. You can't use that to receive payments. I asked you to send to my wallet. Check the previous PM.




Is that true? and money is gone ?

He should have had received it since according to your btc wallet transaction record, you sent back btc to him and it would be visible on the blockchain explorer. You should check your transaction on block explorer then compare the address you sent btc to the address that have sent you btc. If they are the same, then he should have had received the money unless he is using an exchange when he sent that, if that's the case, then he wont get his money back unless he ask support to the particular exchange and explain the circumstances.
