Very low, possible very likely it will not confirm at all and u will wait 48 h around to get it back.
Next time use higher fee when there is very big amount of transactions in queue.

Much better to give us more details about your transaction to know why your transaction is not getting confirm..
If you pay a fee less than the default fee expect that your transaction will be delay.. like the other said check this https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
As i can see the default fee er byte is 310 sat per byte..  just notice the fee right now is getting more high compare yesterday that i think we will also experience of delay transaction there is already estimate time in the chart to know when your transaction to get confirm. .
