Monero team decided to postpone the scheduled fork from 28th of March to the 6th of April approximately. The reason is to give the developers team more time to update the project. This update will include fresh UI for Helium Hydra, the official Monero wallet.

What do you think about this? Will event do the price of Monero goes up or not? Why?

The main reason for the fork is the news about the appearance of asics to use the cryptonight algorithm. Team Monero wants to protect its GPU miners from the arbitrariness of Bittman. I don't think that's the only coin that's going to use this year's fork. In mid-July, the first supplies of asics for Ethereum are expected.

Your information is quite accurate, you should keep the XMR coin in your personal wallet or the exchange with pay notice!

If they postponed the hard fork that means they want to make it go smoothly. Seems no reasons for the price to go down but the market is totally unpredictable these days. Nobody knows for sure what'll be next. Monero price like almost any other coin's price will probably just follow bitcoin price trend.

There is also no news that someone will continue to mine a 'Monero before the hardfork version' coin and will name it Monero-ASIC. We probably won't see the rise of the price right before the hard fork because of the high Monero demand among those who would want to get some free forked coins.

In the cases of hardforks, the price usually goes up before the airdrop, and it gets dumped after the airdrop is finished.
However for a big coin like Monero, i don't think the price will fluctuate very much because of this fork.
