DB failed to open error- Armory

When attempting to open Armory I get the following dialog box:

"DB Failed to open, reporting the following error: Failed to open dbi (MDB Incompatible: Operation and DB incompatible, or DB flags changes) Armory will now shut down."

I have the latest versions of Core and Armory and have already tried reinstalling both.  What do I need to do here?

Suggest using pastebin.com to avoid the message length limit here... Copy/Paste the contents of your "armorylog.txt" and "dbLog.txt" into a couple of PasteBins and post the links here.

Delete your DB folder, try again. "latest version" doesn't mean anything, name the versions in full.
