Nova Exchange Shuts Down

Nova Exchange shuts down its Exchange claiming that they have new owners. A question comes for entire community, what about the fee they have taken for listing coins. How are other exchanges reliable. Every tom dick and harry has came up with a new coin, what if every tom dick and harry comes up with new exchange. What is supposed to be done to avoid such scammers and filter genuine teams as this will impact entire community. Just a thought.
