I had a package go missing when I sent it out of country so I am very weary to ship out of country.

I will ship out of USA, but buyer pays shipping and I do not accept escrow and I am at no fault if the package does not arrive

Ill honor the price of the classic roll for the both of you, but I feel like the short rolls are more rare. so I will wait until I can get .04 for them
