Now Bitcoin is going up again.
But still have some problem such as block size and segwit issue.

How much is the Bitcoin estimate end of November?

If all problem are solved then we can move above 8000+ surely, but at present we are facing back the transaction confirmation problem as most of the miners have stopped to support btc due to they want to promote bcc/bch. So it will take time now for the bitcoin price to move high.
