GATEHUB BTC withdrawal missing 24+ hrs and still nothing

Hi everyone, I withdrew from Gatehub about 24+ hours ago and still haven't received anything to my BTC address provided... if you look @ the image provided its all correct and if u check blockchain.info nothing is there either ...

Is anyone else having this problem?? Ive emailed them this morning and haven't heard anything back from them either....

I've never had any issues like this before and I just find it strange that nothing has happened for so long? XRP Ledger shows it was succuessful and thats it nothing has come from gatehubs BTC wallet.....


Maybe someone is having an similar issue .. looking forward to any help thanks

Now, I don't really know how Ripple works, but there's a Ripple transaction here that seems to have been validated here http://www.ripplecharts.cn/#/transactions/EAAA38804C5FD50D31C68680F3DC4BD3CFD6A37FCE2A866307D33CA1938B0024

If the BTC hasn't been sent to the BTC network by however Ripple works, I'm afraid someone else will have to answer that one.
