Blockchain sustained "brick & mortar" businesses

Apart from icos, do you know of any tools that can sustain a "brick and mortar" micro business with blockchain?
Icos, in my opinion, are really enormous for a micro business  (a 1 man show like a consultancy company, a little bakery, a little restaurant, a small wine trader) willing to grow in an healthy way.

Think of blockchain as the technology behind the company. If you have a good product to sell, you will get customers.  General crowdfunding is an option but is limited in amount.
