How do I keep myself updated and contribute to the bitcoin Ecosystem

New here, There is a lot of information to Digest, but I believe what we got here is something incredible. I have a strong belief that in order to help this system grow I will need to contribute to this Ecosystem and at the same time be just and profitable, Afterall In my opionion this is what Bitcoin is founded upon being just, independent and profitable.

My Questions are as follows.

1. How do I contribute to the Bitcoin in a constructive manner
2. What are the Current Biggest Challenges facing Bitcoins
3. How do we define success, or what's the collective goal we want to achieve.
4. What is the proper way to make profit from Bitcoin and what is unethical.
5. If time comes how do we protect people who are prominent in CryptoCurrency.
6. What constitutes a failure.
7. What Resources are there to keep us updated.
