I did a deposit by bank transfert 1month ago of 5000 euro.
I still don t have any news from the deposit, I sent them more than 10 messages by email, on the support website, and by Facebook, I received only bad feedback who ask me to wait !

WTF !  on their politique they tell that they only need 14 working days to do a deposit.

I don t know at what kind of game they are playing, but it s seem that CEX.io are not a good and professional service company. Since I asked them to send me back my money from where it come from, I don t have any news..

I really hope they gonna react and sent me back asap my money

I don't know if they'll just transfer back your money with just the request you included here. The best thing that you could do is to wait for your money to be reflected on your account and then submit a withdrawal request for it. For what's it worth, I've been using them for 1 whole year and never got any problem with my deposit. Take note that I'm using credit card so my money is always credited to my account real time. Didn't know that a bank transfer would take this long.  Undecided
