nanopool eth mininig offline issue

Hi,
I have a small rig, it happened twice that my miner (claymore) is showing that its mining as well as shares are being accepted but Nanopool dashboard is showing that its offline, I am dual mining and for both its showing offline. Had happened yesterday also, then had restarted miner and was fixed.  But today again, but can't restart it for next few hours as I accidentally messed up with remote access to machine.

Anyone experienced similar situation where miner is mining but nanopool is still showing offline ?
