It just means that if you are dealing with BTC in the US your company will be subjected to the entire force of the US regulatory system and whatever the banks and other established industries force into effect via their political lobbying/donations.

Since when has it been a right in the US to earn income and not pay taxes on it?

When you mine bitcoin and convert it to FIAT either through direct sale or purchase of goods / services you are earning income which is subject to being taxed in whatever country you are in, the US is no exception. Nobody is trying to destroy bitcoin - i don't really think the us government even gives a shit about it as long as the people and businesses involved comply to applicable laws as set out by the IRS and FinCEN. Every other person / business in the US has to comply why not those involved with Bitcoin?

I agree. People think that just because the bitcoin system is beyond regulation, they are too. You will be regulated. You already are.

worldinacoin is also unaware or in deep denial. The USA is the center of the Universe, regardless of whether or not it should be, or whether or not it deserves to be. The situation is going to change eventually (if not soon), but for now you just have to accept it.
