Security Status in Crypto Currency Exchanges

I know that exchanges are not the safest place to store my crypto currency but seeing this post will really open our eyes how vulnerable Exchanges are. I just wanted to post it here so some of Filipinos who do not know this will know how safe is their crypto curencies in an exchange. Be aware of it.
