Sceptercash (SCPT) is a long-term token rewards program intended to incentivize consumer participation in the company’s brands and generate global awareness.

Scepter Holdings will have a portfolio of over 20 performing brands by mid-2020.Each brand will participate in monthly rewards.

Sceptercash is an ERC-20 token that facilitates the collection of marketing data from end-users of the company’s brand products. For their direct support and participation, registered SCPT to­ken holders can receive monthly ETH rewards. Sceptercash tokens allow management to identify and capitalize on opportunities highlighted from this marketing data. In 2019, Scepter Holdings owned two high-performance consumer brands Gevitta and Dermacia. In 2020, the company’s expansion plans include the acquisition and operation of more than twenty additional high-performance brand names and retail products.

Regular users will be presented with surveys detailing personal information on their shopping preferences. The company may also introduce new marketing programs that reward affiliates based on product sales. All SCPT token holders will be eligible to receive monthly ETH rewards after registering an approved wallet ID.

Owning SCPT tokens each month can deliver steady rewards and passive income. In Q1 2020, the Scepter Group LLC will offer participants new benefits, including discounted brand opportunities, token-only access to original, and exclusive online events.

            

      

1). Who is eligible to receive Sceptercash rewards?

• There are two simple requirements to qualify for SCPT monthly ETH rewards.
  
  (1) All token holders must register their email and wallet address through the Sceptercash.io website. The number of SCPT tokens held in the designated wallet determines how much reward will be received.
  
  (2) Users must own tokens during the monthly "proof-of-ownership" date. This point is the date during that month when the company takes a snapshot image of all token holders on Etherscan. From this snapshot, any registered wallet holding SCPT tokens will receive the monthly ETH reward. Users are required to own tokens during that proof-of-ownership date. There is no lockup period or other required term deposit.

2). Can my tokens be held in an exchange wallet?

• No, to receive the ETH reward, the tokens must be kept in an individual wallet under the token holder's control. ETH rewards are delivered to this wallet. If a user submits an exchange wallet, the exchange will receive the reward.

3). When are SCPT rewards delivered?

• All reward tokens are delivered on the 15th of the following month, about two weeks after the proof-of-ownership date.

4). SCPT is a newer token, what rewards have been paid out?

• The schedule of past and future rewards is located on the website. https://www.sceptercash.io/token-rewards/ The first Sceptercash token reward was delivered to registered token holders December 15, 2019 based on the owner snapshot taken November 30, 2019.

5). How can I withdraw rewards?

• To withdraw your accumulated rewards, sign in to the registered ERC20 wallet and access or remove the new ETH balance. Rewards are distributed to the registered Ethereum address. Only Ethereum addresses that are registered token holders on the proof-of-ownership date can receive rewards.

The top 11 accounts are frozen tokens by contract until 2021-2022. That equals around 154,000,000. That leaves 46,000,000 trading freely.
From the paper:
The 50M Company-owned tokens are restricted from sale for two years and ineligible to receive any token rewards. 100M of the remaining issued tokens, secured by the Consultant, will also remain in voluntary lock-up, also making them ineligible to receive any token rewards. Private token holders that received tokens in November 2019 have entered into lock-up contracts with the company, preventing 100 million tokens from being traded. As of November 10, the number of trading tokens is 50,000,000.

I do not understand, based on your statement. 50M owned by the company, 100M owned by the consultant, and then 100M private token holders?
Am I missing something here?
Who is the top 12 to 21 that holds almost 90% token in circulation?
