This one is kinda .. disturbing but I like the contrast.

you should check out Russian girlband t.A.T.u.
They were friggin teenagers and kissed during eurovision performance
Also, all their videos are rather disturbing.

That being said, m/i/l/f by Fergie is probaably the most WTF official music video for me
