Thanks for posting, I like the approach the author is taking by not taking hard pro or con side.

I agree that actually governments getting involved and "legalizing" it in their bureaucratic ways could be very good for widespread adoption of Bitcoin (or its alts and descendants)

One thing I got from attending the Bitcoin conference in San Jose recently (when researching my ACM article) was how many speakers explicitly welcomed government regulation. They believe it'll vindicate the market; obviously, I agree. Smiley
