Bit Coins not received even after transaction confirmation...Dublicate tx. id?

I sent  0.13994427 bitcoins to 1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h(bitconnect wallet) from my zebpay wallet having transaction ID 73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267 but i am not able to see the bitcoins in bit connect wallet.

One thing to note here is that one of my friend also sent  0.13994427 bitcoins on same address and have exactly same transaction id...and both transaction have not reached to bitconnect wallet....Please help!!!!

https://blockchain.info/tx/73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267 only shows 1 output of 0.13944427 BTC, going to 1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h (2 days ago).
There are also 3 other outputs going to 1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h: 0.160434 BTC, 0.190704 BTC and 0.180614 BTC.

I have no experience with either, but they seem to be exchanges. In my definition, a wallet gives you (and only you) access to your private key. If it's an exchange, you should contact their customer support.

When I Google bitconnect, there's a .com and a .co. The latter advertises this:

I and my friend (Tarang Damania) sent 0.13994427 from our respective zebpay accounts to bitConnect wallet (1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h) on 6th of Nov.

We both have same transaction id(73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267) and only one of our transaction is available in blockchain under this transaction id. But in our zebpay app it's showing success for both of our transaction.

Customer care executive pointed that transaction of BTC 0.13994427 is available is successful under transaction id(https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267/).
The BTC quantity which can be seen under block chain is 0.13944427 (0.13994427 - 0.0005(fee)).
SO ONLY ONE OF OUR TRANSACTION WAS INITIATED and SUCCESSFUL

Only one of our  is available to block chain.

I have two questions:
Is there is any way to find whose transaction was successful?
And how can we revert or complete the unsuccessful transaction?

This is a bug in the Zebpay system.

They sent 1 payment and then debited two accounts in their system.

You will need to contact ZebPay and get them to fix the problem in their system.

There wasn't any unsuccessful transaction.  ZebPay only sent one transaction, and that transaction was successful.

ZebPay then debited two accounts internally in their accounting system.  You'll need to contact ZebPay and get them to fix the accounts in their system.

When i contact zebpay...they tell my transaction is successful and When Tarang contact Zebpay they tell him that his transaction is successful.
Is there is any way in block chain where we can find the sender address for that successful transaction.
In meanwhile we have also raised combined ticket to explain them the scenario.

They are lying to one of you.

The transaction is successful, but that 0.13944427 BTC transaction output was only sent on behalf of one of you.  The other either had their account debited erroneously, or was sent with a different transaction output.  You will need to help ZebPay see that they have made an error.

There is no such thing as a "sender address" in bitcoin, only receiving addresses.  People who use the words "sender address" don't understand how bitcoin works.

You can however see where those bitcoins were previously received before they were sent to 1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h:

They did not send more BTC...That's some more transaction I and my friend did...And one the transaction did not reach the receiver.
I'll put more pressure on ZebPay
