Kucoin I lost 300k ocn Coin

I have been on Kucoin and live in Texas someone in bulgaria logged into my account sold my ocn and transferred the btc out.

I use two factor authentication and have setup the three passwords you need for withdraw really really long password over 15 characters numbers letters and signs for login.

I received an email that said I requested api keys to be setup and if I did not request this hurry to my account because someone may have taken it over.

The email asked you to confirm the request for api which I did not do.

I log in all coins gone.

Checked the last IP login it was Bulgaria.

So as far as I can tell someone was able to get my two factor, figure out the three passwords plus the login password and without and email confirmation take my coins like over 3k worth.

I have lost money once before and it was similar to this and it was internal.

My recommendation do not trade on this exchange the complaints are stacking up in the chats and they cannot mage them .

And there is a problem ..
