It seems to me that ATMs are a relic of the past. All services are offered by the bitcoin ATM is accessible from any computer or smartphone. Don't understand why they are needed. If you change bitcoin to cash that I do not need. I can always get a cash advance from my credit card. I think these ATMs will not receive wide distribution.
