I have some USD in my RegaCoin account, when I tried to convert the USD to REC, I get the following message "Oops.. sorry your convert limit is $0" I submitted a ticket to support but no reply so far. Has anyone encountered similar problem? I had made a total $200 lending so far and the amount I want to convert is $170 (money accumulated from interest and comms from my downline). What could be the issue and how to resolve it.. how to increase my convert limit?
My plan to to convert USD to REC and then I can transfer the coins out to exchange.io to convert to BTC to purchase some ICOs. Any suggestions is much appreciated.

If you are using referrals for that project then you would have to consider that money as lost. That project is a scam.
