livecoin.net blocked my account when i ask why my mnx deposit pending

this livecoin very unprofessional when blocking user without reply my ticket when i asking about why my deposit still pending. i very upset with livecoin how they handle this kind of matter, that not right answer when people asking. when i tried to login into my account, user doesn't exist. i contact them using email also no reply. how user should do? when deposit keep pending, just silent and wait until end of year?
