i have a us limited paypal account. i opened it in 2012 with a fake names and i can't withdraw my money because i don't have a us bank account. u can  withdraw with any us bank account.
 
i want to sell it for a 25 dollar.  there is a 52 dollar in my paypal account.

Maybe there's a way how you can get money out. Maybe with Payoneer ....maybe some virtual bank account. My friend got 2 canadian accounts with 250 CAD in there . He cant to withdraw too.

Of course you cant to prove id. He trying to sell account to people who lives in US and got Bank Of America account .

thank you for answering.   payoneer not working. paypal closed for turkey too and i don't know how to open us virtual bank account.  

i don't want to share that money but i tried everything.   if someone can teach me how to open us virtual bank account that would work but i believe there is no way

There are some services that will recover the cash for you for a fee, have you tried those?
