Bitfinex US customers getting ripped off for thier $$$$

I have/had a Bitfinex account which I opened just last week. I am new to crypto,s and have been ripped off for 2K my entire investment. I know its not much but it took me 6 months to save that up so I could get into altcoins. Any way I try to withdraw my coins and its looks great until it says email verification sent. I don't get the emails since they have disabled certain functions for US customer no more emails.  I am stuck any ideas?? I have sent a dozen or so emails to there customer support but never get an answer just a case number !!!
