Hello,

Recently I have become a part of the Bitcoin community. I purchased my first BTC off of Coinbase and used the wallet that they gave me (I know that is not smart, I was going to move to a more secure wallet after this transaction). Making a purchase was not easy for me. First I had to buy BTC from Coinbase but due to the weekly limit I had to find some other website to exchange CAD to BTC. After a VERY long time of searching I found mBTC shop which turned out to be trusted and sent me the proper amount.

During this whole time I was under the thirty hour window that coinpayments.net had given me in order to finish my transaction. However, due to the fact that I had only submitted a portion of the funds to the coinpayments address; I knew that I would have to pay the sending fee from Coinbase twice. So, because of this, I let the transaction time out, being ASSURED by coinpayments support that I was going to be refunded the full amount that I gave them.

Almost immediately after the purchase timed out I received a refund email from coinpayments.net and I inputted the correct address (I made sure of that). However, almost 24 hrs after completing the refund form I still have not received any indication in my wallet that the BTC is being sent back to me. I dont know about you, but $100 is plenty of money to me and I would rather not lose it all.

PS. They have a good response time for their support desk, I dont deny that. Nor am I accusing the legitimacy of the company. However, today I have sent in two support tickets and NEITHER have been responded to...

@Mr. Data : Take a look, would you?

EDIT: Turns out there is just a massive backlog in the blockchain system right now... Leaving this here because for some reason I cannot delete it?
