As  I have predicted   XLC coin it' s  starting the  rally (+75%)   even  if  Bitcoin  is  crashing   due to the  Korean's exange FUDs

It's   listed only in cryptopia , the orderbook it's  full of  buy orders

The dev are planning to add it on binance.
