Hey there. i was wondering how many of you have actually heard about JSECoin? It's been live for 1+ Month now and allows you to mine JSECoin by having a traffic on your website. How do you guys think is it worth to mine and continue mining and wait until it gets live, hold the coins for some time and then re-sell? Within 3-4 days i could mine nearly 2JSECoin. share your thoughts please.

So only website operators can mine this? The better the website the more coins? I dunno, seems like its "not for everyone".. like BTC in Russia.

I predict a dead coin since regular folk can't mine. Also it doesn't do anything special. We have thousands of coins like that.

I read about a site implementing Monero mining through JS. It;s much more reliable than this JSCoin. But this is one time trick for your visitors. Because mining is making the user machine very slow and unusable in general.

Thanks for discussing JSEcoin

JSE coin is for everyone. The publisher mining offers webmasters an additional way to monetise their sites, and there is also a self mining platform where anyone can sign up and start mining from their browsers. I must add however that due to rapid growth of the user base (over 12000 registered accounts within 38 days of launching) the self mining is currently offline whilst back end upgrades take place. This should be complete within the next few days.

JSE mining differs from this as users are informed that the mining is taking place through a privacy notification pop up, and the mining only uses excess CPU power with minimal impact on the users experience.

Perhaps visit us https://jsecoin.com/ and have a look around to fully understand JSEcoin.

So basically you mean you can mine Monero with Javascript? I mean does it work the same way JSECoin is working? Mining monero with having a traffic on your website? If so, can you please guide me how to do that? Thank you! Smiley

LSK is shitcoin. Bitcoin is better.

You are comparing two coins that are totally different and are used for different things.

Yeah, JSE mining doesn't use a lot of resources (like 5% CPU) so it doesn't matter if it's running or not (not like those rouges monero scripts that make your CPU 95-100%). I prefer it instead of those shiity ads everywhere. It's registered company in UK, not a random shit with random shit whitepapers with random shit names and pictures from web. Mining doesn't require proffesional PCs so it's easy for everyone to get coins, there are caps so people with mining machines won't get 100000x more coins than you, making your coins worthless.

They just suck with marketing currently, it's pretty good and unique idea, they just need to find webmasters to use it. And that's the harderst part. I will keep an eye on it and perhaps invest a little if they will make any progress in their marketing actions.

Actually, I'm following JSECoin project and I think it's interesting revenue source for webmasters.

For some reason it's still not on exchanges.

ICO still isn't over so it's not strange it's not on exchanges yet.
