Mining BCH with Avalon 741 - difficulty

I'm wondering if anyone else using this setup manually enters the difficulty for their miners in their respective pool.

I've noticed I get a lot more rejects when mining BCH compared to BTC, so I was thinking of playing with my difficulty to see if I could reduce that.

If so I'm guessing I should treat them all like 1 Miner, seeing as that's how the pool sees them through the conroller, so for 2 741's I could set it to d=14800.
