For the longest time, i've been using 1600W server PSUs on my rigs by buying them from miners or crypto stores at around $200 a piece.
This time around, i'm building a very DIY budget build and i saw a refurbished 2000W server PSU for only $55.

This $55 server PSU does not come with a breakout board and PCIE connectors but still, the price gap is huge.
My questions are:

1. Is this a good buy? Am i putting my rig at risk?
2. Where can i buy PCIE / PICO breakout board adapters for server PSUs? I don't want to use ebay and i've read specific boards only work on specific PSUs.
