What is FirstCoin?

I sold some bitcoins to few guys yesterday and they were very anxious that they will invest in this coin https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/firstcoin/

After checking a little I saw it's a 99.5% or something premine ....and at the current price will be a marketcap over 2 billions....

I didn't find any ann on bitcointalk ....

Maybe someone can tell more about it .
