Hi,
I just release a YouTube video that asks and answers this question.
https://youtu.be/UXcgVI8Si1wIf you don't have time to watch it, a SegWit transaction saves you 70% in fees as of today when I tested by comparing Exodus (~$11) to Ledger Nano S SegWit ($3.63) and non-SegWit transactions.
I personally think without support from popular wallets like Exodus, SegWit will take a while to adopt. Granted, the 70% difference might be temporary. But just wanted to point this out to people that transact regularly with Bitcoin.
