It's a very useful tool that many people appreciate, you only need to take a look at the services subforum and you can see many members offering acceleration services (They all use confirmtx, viabtc and other similar websites).
Due to the usefulness of this type of service and the low amount of websites that offer this, you can probably very easily use this script to create your own popular acceleration website and collect bitcoin donations / generate revenue from ads.
ConfirmTX has a paid option that I know has made them thousands of dollars, although a paid option isn't included in this script, you could definitely build upon the code to add this.
