What are the browser that can used in this Forum? I heard TOR can't be used. Please help me out. Thanks.

You can use any browser even tor. However, if you sign up via tor or a banned proxy you will need to pay a fee to be able to post.

It's proxybanned to stop abuse. And you don't have to pay to use it, just if you sign up via it. Sign up via another connection then you're free to use tor as you wish.
