This works as a proof of stake formular

E.g If you hold up to 1,000 CAA you will earn 7% extra (70 CAA) during disbursement period i.e every 90 days.
1st disbursement period will be happening on may 1st 2018.
NOTE: the 7% interest will reduce every year by 0.25%.
