there is no such place because if any service decided to do that, they are going to get scammed out of lots of money in less than a week. because anything fiat related and with credit cards can be exploited and bitcoin has no charge back to fight these scams.
one of them is stolen credit card scam, and that is one of the reasons you have to provide your identity.

Absolutely, no site like that because to safety and comfort of the registration must be done, maybe to avoid the scam. Not only buy bitcoin with a credit card but with others such as bank transfers and others also will be required for registration. So I think that OP is looking for does not exist, if exist would have been very unsafe. I personally never find a site like that.

for the OP, i think its not good to using credit card to buy bitcoin or another thing because we should be aware with fraud that could happen and they can stolen our credit card number and use for many purpose. i think its better to use fiat to buy bitcoin and you need to deposit or transfer your money to third party service.

I guess there is no such that service. For sure If you got one it will be just a scam because it will be just getting your card number and make some stealing to your money not noticing you. So try to buy it from local bitcoin or any trusted site.

What is wrong in making a simple account to buy bitcoin? If you are using credit card than it will show all your personal details while making payments so there will be no any privacy if that what you are looking for.

I don't have passport or driving licence yet and the only available government issues identity card is not accepted by many sites so I was never lucky enough to buy bitcoins with my debit cards or virtual credit cards. I dont think of any such type of site, when you use credit card in buying bitcoin,
verification of account is highly needed on the transaction to be made. Especially your identity on using credit card.
But then if there is more better way, i guess better not to use credit card to avoid losing money.

If you are paying by credit card, your personal data will be transmitted either way.
The second point, a page without registration and verification can always be used for bad stuff.
If your credit card is being stolen, the thief can buy BTC with your money 
That would not really make sense.

Sorry maybe I think wrong but I heard that it is not good to risk to give like example credit card to paypal and something like this because if somebody hack our paypal it can make debt on credit card and can stole our money.Sry I have very low experience in paying with credit card.
