I was responsible for designing an exchange for a Chinese client (who looked to be genuine) . I have completed all the design work but now he isn't replying to my messages nor paying the due amount.

We had planned to raise money for developing this exchange as a full fledged project after the initial design. Hence, I am willing to continue it's development.  If anyone is interested to partner with me as investor or as full stack developer please send me a private message.

I would be interest in this project but if it is onyl decentralized exchange project, because legal responsibilities, and hacking are really great problem for centralized exchanges, very costly.

interesting there are however now more than 400 kryptocurrency exchanges out there, so its quite hard. to compete for attention, unluckily binance is taking the biggest share.

china not accepted exchanger
local exchanger from china replace domain and office, because goverment in china baned crypto curency
so if you want open exchanger in china i think very dificult, and problem law
