Airdrops happen to addresses with (most of the time) bitcoins on them. So the only thing you need to have is an address (or multiple addresses) to which the airdrop can be distributed.
I don't know why you are involving profile url, but I think you're understanding it wrong. You should google a bit to find out more how it works.

Uou probably mean user id, that's what airdrops usually ask for. You can find it going to profile -> show stats -> in the address bar there's u=xxxxxx. Those numbers are your id.

Just like choosewise said, you need to know your user ID to make the profile url. Here is the template for the profile link.

Just follow the instructions as provided by choosewise and you will get your userID and replace 'userID' in the template with your number. I have done it for you below.

looks like you are interesting in airdrops.to get your bitcointalk profile url go to Profile>Summery(you can find it in left of the screen).after that copy the URL above.it some times asked for profile ID.just follow the steps i previously said and copy the number in url(6 digits or 5 digits number).thats your ID.

Usually someone needs your profile URL when they are accepting you in some kind of signature campaign or bounty which is paid in Airdrops. This is for them to find who participant in that signature or bounty has such posts , quality of posts and all the related data regarding such project. This is also needed when you join a signature campaign which is paid in bitcoin and is common procedure when applying for such signatures.
