Looking to work with someone on creating a multiple coin online wallet

With the lack of online wallets for all of the "Worthy" altcoins, I figured I should at least take a stab at creating one, and see what it involves etc. I am looking for someone to work with on this one, as I assume it wouldn't be an easy project or a 1 man task. That being said, is there any info out there that would alloiw me to grab a headstart on this? I haven't seen any open source Online wallet code, and if I can find the code, I would imagine that it wouldn't take too much to modify it to suit other viable coins?
