From my experience I have observed that one of the things people love about cryptocurrency is the idea of having all your "money" stored in a place you can totally control with a device like phone or laptop..Also I have found out that whenever an ICO comes with a plan of creating a software which its community can install and control their assets from through the use of their phone or laptop, people would quickly rush and invest on it.Such project at the end becomes successful.So my tip here is that if you see and ICO like that ,do invest on it.Though you might need to do some additional research to know if they are not scammers and also have a good plan.
