No, but perhaps they are trying to argue they facilitate it by being involved with Bitcoin software or something?

Fairly to say, that USA government  will makes every effort to protecting its  U.S dollar's overload status, therefore by attack to anything that may threatening to it.

This document should have zero negative effect on the price of Bitcoin. Really, it strikes me as an ignorant and misguided warning. Bitcoin Foundation does not deal with Bitcoin in terms of transmission (buy/sell or otherwise trade).

As for me, I will be bullish until the price hits above $1000. If I am wrong, then it means it goes to zero. But I suspect Bitcoin has a lot of forward movement and will become mainstream. At that point, it's a simple division problem: Size of Bitcoin Economy divided by 20 million or so Bitcoins.

How did almost any news on bitcoin all of a sudden become the end of it? It's like every day there is some new "end of bitcoin?" post and its getting ridiculous. OMG I found a rock in my shoe, is this the end of bitcoin!?

We should start to ease off on all of that for our own health and let the dust settle on these stories before jumping to conclusions.
