Dash is an X11 coin, so it's mined with ASICs. You could run ccminer with your nvidia cards, there's still support for x11 algo there, but it's about as profitable as mining bitcoin (sha256) with GPUs => not profitable at all.

Dash is using an algorithm that is the domain of asics only at this point. When it was a newer arrival altcoin it was possible to mine with GPUs, but right now it would be a loss since your power bill would be higher then your profit (by allot).
